Monday Monday
Real quick today-- I only have 10 minutes.
Today was a busy class day. We met for lecture this morning, then split up into small groups to do our assignment-- studying Celtic and Roman London in the British Museum and the Museum of London. We had almost no time in either place as we rushed to fill out the questions in our red notebooks. Both places were really cool though, especially the British Museum. They say you can spend a solid week in there-- they have something like 2 million artifacts. I only got to see a few of them today, and even those for a very short time as my group dragged me away . . . I think we're going back tomorrow, so maybe I'll have more time. I was so tired after all that running around that I took a nap this afternoon!
This evening, not wanting to stay in my room forever, I went for a walk in Regent's Park, which is not far from where I live. It's a lovely park, and inside they have the most beautiful rose garden I've ever seen-- literally millions of roses in all colors. I took some pictures, of course.
Only 3 minutes left now-- I'd better stop so I can post this!

Howdy from Tx, kid. Good to hear your having a great time! Wish I could be there. ;)
We had a wonderful time this past weekend-my dress didn't turn out quite like I thought it would, but everyone liked it. Everyone looked good, you'll have to see the pics when you get back. We even went to Starbucks and bought another mug! Kathryn got it this time. But I did win the tissue paper that they gave us with the cup. I'm going to frame a picture in front of it. :)
Can't wait to tell you all the stories! I'll be around.
Love ya. Be good. Take lots of pics. Eat your veggies.

Hey Cutie, Man do you paint a lovely picture! Tell you what! I'll take you to my Bellagio if you'll take me to your London. I never wanted to go to England but you make it sound sooo wonderful.
Glad you're having a good time...
Thanks for the great 'posts'
Love you, Granmommie

Ellen, I love your mind. Nothing there is wasted on you. Do you enjoy all of life the way you're enjoying London and Paris? I hope so. Soak it up so you can always share it with those who can't go.
I love you sweet girl.
