A Tale of Two Cities

Here is a record of my wanderings around London and Paris, just in case you wanted to know what I was up to on the other side of the Atlantic . . .

Paris is always a good idea

Hey everyone-- so sorry to keep you all waiting for so long! I'm afraid it's going to have to be a little longer, though, because I can't get on the internet for real until tomorrow, probably.

But I'll tell, you, I'm having a great time here-- Paris is wonderful. I can't wait to tell you all about it!

Salut!

Thanks for the bitty bone! I didn't realize how accustomed I had become to my 'afternoon reading' till you posted again. Very good to hear from you.

So.......
What DOES the river say?

Oh Ellen! Do you think you will "find yourself in Paris?"

I remember how impressed I was (with myself ;)) when I learned how to pronounce Champs Elysees. Ha!

We are trying to absorb that you are really there. Eat a real croissant for me.

Love,
Aunt Rachel

Ellen! I didn't even know you had this blog until your family told me about it this weekend when I was visiting. It's lovely. I really missed you when I was down there visiting. It just isn't the same without you! I had a great time though, and I'm glad to hear you're having a great time in Europe. Love you!

Ellen, I am hanging on your every word. I hope you have seen Napoleon's tomb and the Sacre Le Cuer. They may not be related to your studies but what a shame to be in Paris and miss them. Jo
